Feeding Unit

1. The master control panel in the front of the feeder which equipped multiple control buttons and one touch screen make the operation fast and conveniently.

2. 11KW wind turbine enhances the suction feeding speed.The electric inverter adjusts the air volume according to different bending board which make sure the paper running across smoothly.

3. The dust removal device and fan brush the surface clean cardboard scraps.

4. The transmission uses two roller drive coupling reducing wear and tear to make the drive more stable.

Printing Unit

1. Printing of high quality thick-walled seamless steel roll, surface conditioning, grinding, hard chromium plating.

2. Handling print, the foot switch is convenient and flexible electric control reversing.

3. Printing phase fixed device, using pneumatic brake mechanism. While the machine separates or the phase is adjusting, the brakes can restrict the revolving of the machine platform and keep the fixed point of original gears position.

4. Installed with ink roller rotation electrical machinery to avoid the main engine’s drying up while its stopping.

Die Cutting Unit

1. The rubber roller adopt mechanical control the position move left and right.The movement distance is 40 mm.

2. The phase of the die-cutting unit adopt PLC and electric 360° adjust,accord the error to input the adjust data,can be adjusted while the machine running or stop (PLC with touch screen adjustment as an option).

3. The horizontal moving of the die roller adopt PLC and electric adjustment,input the adjust data accord the error ,adjusting distance is 10mm.(PLC with touch screen adjustment as an option)
